The accused in the attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been arrested, it has been reported. He has reached Bandra police station and is being questioned. The police have not confirmed that he is the accused.
The police had received information that the man who broke into Saif Ali Khan’s house and attacked him was seen at Bandra railway station. Following this, he was taken into custody during an investigation The police also received information that after carrying out the crime, he took a local train to Vasai and Virar. Subsequently, the Mumbai Police conducted an hours-long search in Vasai, Nalasopara and Virar areas.
Meanwhile, a part of the knife was removed from Saif Ali Khan’s body. The parts of the knife were in a broken state. Information from the hospital says that he will not be able to be moved from the ICU immediately
