Businessman Boby Chemmanur has been taken into custody on Wednesday from Wayanad in connection with a sexual harassment complaint filed by actress Honey Rose.
The complaint, filed with the Ernakulam Central Police, accuses Chemmanur of subjecting Rose to continuous harassment through obscene gestures and remarks that demeaned her womanhood.
On Tuesday evening, Honey Rose shared the details of the harassment on social media, stating, “I have filed a complaint at the Ernakulam Central Police Station regarding the continuous obscene insults you have directed at me. You may believe in the power of your wealth, but I believe in the strength of India’s legal system.”
